IVC Global Advisors, Moscow based M&A boutique, is seeking an intern to assist in current projects.

IVC Global Advisors is a team of professionals with a comprehensive background in the investment banking industry coming from the leading Russian and international investment banking houses. One of the recent transactions of the team was the sale of ICICI bank to Sovcombank.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyzing and performing market research
• Assisting in preparation of information memorandums, management presentations, etc.
• Assisting in preparation of financial models

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:
• Current student (recent graduate) of top-tier university (NRU HSE, NES, MSU, FU are preferred)
• Well-developed analytical and presentation skills
• Good understanding of corporate finance, accounting, modeling & valuation
• Interest in finance and financial markets

CONDITIONS:
• Full-time / part-time involvement
• 3 months of unpaid internship, possibility of further employment
