Please take a look at a vacancy of Intern / Consultant to Corporate Finance Department and Due Diligence Department at ALTHAUS Group — a top-tier Russian consulting company ranked among TOP-20 Russian appraisers. The firm is looking for ambitious young talents eager to grow fast as corporate finance professionals.

Key responsibilities:
· Participating in different stages of business valuation, financial modeling and business planning projects;
· Carrying out financial analysis of companies’ historic results and projections;
· Conducting industry research and analyzing potential M&A opportunities.

Requirements:
· Higher education (or final year students) in top-tier Russian universities: Higher School of Economics, Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, MGIMO, Moscow State University, MIPT, Bauman MSTU
· Understanding principles of financial modeling, corporate finance and business valuation theory, basic accounting principles, including IFRS;
· Advanced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint; VBA is a plus);
· Fluent English (both oral and written);
· Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
· Passed CFA Level 1 is a plus;
· Soft skills: pro-active approach, team player, self-study abilities.

Other information:
· Central location – Kievskaya (circle) / Sportivnaya;
· Full-time, 5 days a week.
